§ 4-2. Authorized annual fees.

Latest version.

Except as prohibited by V.T.C.A., Alcoholic Beverage Code § 11.38(d) or 61.36, there is hereby levied by the city, an annual fee in the amount of one-half of the state annual fee for each permit or license issued by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission for premises located within the city.
